AIM

This program is intended for managers in all economic sectors. These managers would typically be second level managers such as heads of department, section heads or divisional heads, and may have more than one team reporting to them.

The programme is designed for managers as an introduction to Management Principles and the Strategic Process. Focus is placed on developing operational plans aligned with Strategic Objectives. The programme is experiential and outcomes-based.
